Terms and conditions

  1. Terminology
    1. CPA is the Affiliate Program cooperation model. It implies a one-time fixed payment for an active player and includes several evaluation parameters, such as deposit amount, the number of deposits, the number of games the player plays, the number of bets and their total amount.
    2. Revshare (Revenue Share) is the Affiliate Program cooperation model. It implies the percentage of the Affiliate Project revenue for all of the Affiliate’s referral links.
      • Static Revenue Share (SRS) is the percentage of the Project revenue paid to the Affiliate. Does not depend on the revenue for the previous periods.
      • Dynamic Revenue Share (DRS) is the percentage of the Project revenue paid to the Affiliate. Depends on the revenue of the Affiliate for the previous periods and on the number of first deposits.
    3. Affiliate’s activity is the value of the new traffic brought by the Partner to the Affiliate Projects and being in touch with the personal manager/support service of the Affiliate Program.
    4. Player is a registered user of the Affiliate Project.
    5. Player’s balance is the player's money account.
    6. Affiliate's balance is the Partner's account in the Affiliate Program.
    7. Player’s payouts are funds withdrawn to the player from their balance on the Project to the certain specified payment systems.
    8. Player’s deposit is funds deposited by the player to their account.
    9. Affiliate's income is the amount of funds credited to the Partner’s balance according to the approved cooperation agreement with the Affiliate Program.
    10. Affiliate Project income is represented by the following formula: the sum of previous day balance and the deposits made, minus the player's withdrawals, current day balance and commissions.
    11. Commission fees are the necessary project expenses for the player to bet (payment system expenses, gaming provider expenses, other necessary expenses to support player's activities).
    12. Reporting period is the time period that all the funds earned by the Partner are summed up for, with the purpose of subsequent payment: from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the last day of the month.
    13. Affiliate is a Webmaster who has an account in the Affiliate Program and advertises Affiliate Projects.
    14. Affiliate Program is a marketing system that includes an advertiser and webmasters who attract potential clients by placing advertising materials on their own sites.
    15. Affiliate payments are the accrual of funds earned by the Partner from the internal balance to any payment system supported by the Affiliate Program and convenient for the Partner.
    16. Affiliate Project (the Project) is a website that is a part of the Affiliate Program portfolio and offers online gambling services to the users.
    17. First deposit, FD is the first-time funds deposited by the player to their Affiliate Project balance.
    18. Promo materials are advertising tools used to promote Projects (banners, reviews, promo codes, etc.)
    19. Billing period is used to recalculate RevShare: the month with the highest total income for all Partner Projects and the month with the largest number of the Partner's first deposits for all Partner Projects are selected out of the last three months of the Affiliate's work with the Pelican Partners Affiliate Program. The interest rate is calculated based on the amount of total income and the number of first deposits for the abovementioned months. The date of reference is the date of the Partner’s registration.
    20. Referral program is an opportunity to receive a percentage of the referred Webmaster's income. It is single-level and applies only to the Project income.
    21. Referral link (referral, refcode) is a link to the Affiliate Project, which contains the unique identifier of the Partner.
  2. Registration Procedure
    1. In the process of registration in the Pelican Partners Affiliate Program, the Webmaster is obliged to:
      • read and accept these Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program;
      • provide correct contact details for further communication.
    2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Cooperation with the Pelican Partners, Webmaster, thus:
      • confirms that they have already reached 18 years of age;
      • consents to the use and processing of data transmitted during registration and received in the course of cooperation;
    3. Once authorized, the Partner can change their password.
    4. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program reserves the right to reject cooperation with a Webmaster without explanation.
  3. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program
    1. The Partner does not have the right to own a game account on the Affiliate Projects. In case of violation, all suspicious accounts shall be frozen until the circumstances are clarified. This rule equally applies to family members, employees of the Partner and other people who are personally acquainted with the Partner.
    2. In case of violation of these rules, the Partner's account will be frozen, and such game accounts will be blocked.
    3. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to request sources of traffic where the Affiliate Project is advertised by the Affiliate. If the Affiliate adamantly refuses to present these sources, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to refuse cooperation to the Affiliate.
    4. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to freeze payments to the Partner, if the administration of the Affiliate Program or the administration of the Project has reason to believe that the Partner has violated the Terms and Conditions of cooperation with the Affiliate Program. Payments can be frozen for up to a month, for the period of circumstance clarification. Based on the results of the verification, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to block the Affiliate's account and to reset the Affiliate Balance to zero, in case the Affiliate has actually violated the Terms and Conditions of cooperation with the Affiliate Program.
    5. The Affiliate can use 2 or more Affiliate Accounts only after aligning the necessity with the Affiliate Program Manager.
    6. Correspondence and personal communication with the administration, manager, support service of the Affiliate Program, as well as individual cooperation conditions is considered confidential information. Members of the Affiliate Program are prohibited from providing and bringing to the public, public display, providing third parties with the opportunity to view / listen to the classified information (or its fragments). In case of violation of this rule, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the Partner with the subsequent blocking of their account and resetting the Affiliate balance.
    7. The Affiliate Program provides Partners with promotional materials to promote Projects. At the Partner's request, individual promotional materials shall be produced.
    8. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program prohibits the use of misleading information in promotional materials and linking texts, such as: "You won $1,000,000, click here!".
    9. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program prohibits sending spam messages via e-mail and text messages, Viber, Telegram and other instant messengers.
    10. Affiliates are also prohibited from using cookies stuffing, driving traffic to our brands via iFrame, using (sticking with) other sites and/or their content.
    11. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program prohibits the use of motivational traffic, inviting users to perform certain actions on Partner Projects for a minimum reward.
    12. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to block the Partner's account in case of any defamatory actions and insults to the support service or administration of the Affiliate Program on behalf of the Partner.
    13. By participating in the Pelican Partners Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees that the Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program may be changed without prior notification to the Affiliate.
  4. Terms and Order of payments to the Partners
    1. Payments for the past reporting period are made twice a month: from the 1st to the 5th and from the 16th to the 20th of each month.
    2. Partner's revenue is calculated at the end of each day (relative to UTC) and credited to the Partner's balance.
    3. Partner's revenue is calculated according to RevShare under the following scheme (unless otherwise stated for a specific Affiliate Project):
      • For the first 6 months - 50%.
      • If the total revenue* of Affiliate Projects for all Partner's ref codes for the billing period* is $1000 or less, and the number of first deposits does not exceed 24, the rate changes to 30% the following month.
      • If the total revenue* of Partner Projects for all Partner's ref codes for the billing period* is $ 1000 or more, and the number of first deposits exceeds 25, then the rate changes to 40% the following month.
      • If the total revenue* of Affiliate Projects for all Partner's ref codes for the billing period* is $ 1000 or more and the number of first deposits exceeds 50, the rate changes to 50% the following month.
      • If the total revenue* of Partner Projects for all Partner's ref codes for the billing period* is $5,000 or more, and the number of first deposits exceeds 100, the rate changes to 55% the following month.
      • If the total revenue* of Partner Projects for all Partner's ref codes for the billing period* exceeds $10,000 and the number of first deposits exceeds 200, the rate changes to 60% the following month.
    4. *The total revenue is the total profit of the Partner and the Project.
      *Billing period is a month from the date of registration of the partner. If you were registered on the 5th, then the billing period will be from the 5th to the 4th of the following month, and so on.
    5. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program reserves the right to reduce the rate plan (up to 20% RevShare) for settlement with the Partner in case of Partner’s being inactive for a long time. If the Partner's inactivity persists for 1 year or more, such an account may be blocked. To unlock the account, the Affiliate will need to contact the Affiliate Program Manager.
    6. It is possible to purchase advertising platforms, in agreement with the Affiliate Program Manager.
    7. The minimum amount to be paid to a Partner is $20 for any of the Affiliate Projects.
    8. The Partner's negative balance is carried over to the next reporting period. As an exception, it is possible to discuss the zeroing of the negative balance on a strictly individual basis.
    9. Payments to Partners are calculated separately for each Project.
    10. The Partner receives 5% of the revenue of each Webmaster referred by him, as a part of the referral program.
    11. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to freeze payments for a period of 7 working days to verify the payment details of new Partners.
    12. The Affiliate Program has a rule “last cookie wins”.
  5. CPA / Hybrid business model
    1. Hybrid is an operating model where payment provides for both the CPA part (fixed rate) and RevShare (% of the revenue).
    2. The amount of both the Revshare part and the CPA part to be paid is agreed with the Partner individually, at the request of the Partner.
    3. The amount of the Partner's revenue under this operating model is credited to the Partner's balance and paid in accordance with Section 4 of these Rules.
    4. Crediting and payments may be suspended in case of low-quality traffic detection (fraud, inactive traffic).
  6. Liability and dispute resolution
    1. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program is not responsible for the content of Partner Projects and the Partners’ actions.
    2. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program is not responsible for the resellers’ actions.
    3. All disputes are resolved privately with the administration of the Affiliate Program.
    4. The Affiliate Program does not maintain a chronology of changes to the Terms and Conditions.
  7. Privacy policy and non-disclosure of personal information
    1. Pelican Partners Affiliate Program is interested in maintaining the confidentiality of the user's personal information, as well as in maintaining the anonymity of the user. Data transferred to Pelican Partners are available only for personal use by the user and their processing within the Affiliate Program.
